About Us
Our History
Established in 1995 as the Turkey Kidney Transplant and Dialysis Patients Service Foundation, our foundation underwent a change in its name and deed, taking into consideration the latest developments and future conditions in organ, tissue and cell transplantation services in Turkey and the world, and it became to serve as the Turkish Transplant Foundation in March 2013. (Ankara 23rd Lower Court, Decision Number: 2013/105 )
Mission
Being aware of the high social responsibility of working as a NGO in the field of organ transplantation and operating in cooperation with all constituting actors, our mission is to contribute to the improvement of transplant services at the highest level both nationwide and worldwide.
Vision
Based on modern technological facilities and professional workforce and in compliance with medical, legal, ethical rules, moral values and social norms, our vision is to increase the rate of organ donation within an effective, accessible and sustainable system; to improve transplant services and thus to provide a second life chance for more people who are in need of organ transplantation.
